The Fonthill Estate comprises 8,500 acres with over 100 residential properties and 40 commercial properties let to a diverse range of businesses.
As well as farming and forestry, the estate runs a small but very successful private Stud farm and hosts 35 days shooting a year employing three gamekeepers.
A fishing syndicate exists for carp fishing on the large lake and there are lovely walks on the Rights of Way network through the estate.
